Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Foreman to support our team in overseeing concrete construction projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Assistant Foreman will work closely with the Foreman to coordinate tasks, supervise workers, and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Concrete construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Foreman in planning and organizing construction projects
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to the Foreman
- Help maintain project schedules and budgets
- Train new employees on construction techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
