We are seeking an Assistant Foreman to support our construction projects by overseeing the work of construction crews, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining safety standards on site. The Assistant Foreman will work closely with the Foreman to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is a plus
- Proven experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively delegate tasks and provide guidance to construction crews
- Ability to read blueprints, use construction tools, and operate machinery safely
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Foreman in planning and organizing construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement
- Supervise construction crews to ensure work is being carried out according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or potential risks
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Train new construction workers on safety procedures, operating equipment, and job responsibilities

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a construction environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment
