We are seeking a Shotcrete Worker to join our team. The Shotcrete Worker will be responsible for preparing and applying concrete mixtures through a hose onto surfaces, ensuring quality and precision.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a Shotcrete Worker or in a similar role
- Ability to operate shotcrete equipment and tools
- Knowledge of concrete mixing and application techniques
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete mixtures according to specifications
- Set up and operate shotcrete equipment
- Apply concrete mixtures using a hose onto surfaces
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of shotcrete surfaces
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Additional Requirements:
- Certification in shotcrete application is a plus
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
